As one of our top senior professionals and the company’s MVP, this individual has a great eye for knowing what exactly makes a business succeed. With an impressive background in business development and several operation roles, he successfully operated and managed an 8(a) enterprise that grew to nearly $60M in less than seven years, and earned him the honor of being selected as the Small Business Person of the Year by the Small Business Administration. Carlos is our Chief Mindfulness Officer, a position that speaks volumes of the lessons that he learned over the past three decades of experience as COO and CEO.

With more than two decades of managing the financial strategy and operations of our companies, Veronique brings to the table more than just experience. She brings results. A combination of practical skills acquired through years of financial experience, and a genuine aptitude for mathematics, make this expert an ideal choice for this vital role. Her background in HR and Strategic Planning have made her a true industry expert, capable of turning start-up into successful operations geared for unprecedented growth and expansion. Kim brings to our team more than two decades of experience in managing special programs engaging large teams of specialists in countless disciplines. As such, Kim has developed, managed and supervised hundreds of contracts at the local, State, and Federal levels, including large operations for the Federal Government involving a myriad of disciplines in several countries simultaneously. Her team is comprised of developers and administrators with extensive experience in start-up, as well as troubleshooting small businesses transitioning into a larger, more competitive realm.

Mark has been with our group since its creation and bring with him nearly 30 years of experience with Government contracts. Along these lines, he spearheads a Government team for the ALC Group, responsible for helping customer meet total compliance while preparing there for competing against some of the largest customers in their industry. Mark has helped numerous individuals as they make the critical decision to move from stand-alone operators to small businesses, and ultimately transition from small to large.
