The GSA Schedule is a multi-billion government contract. Businesses, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions can obtain a GSA Schedule Contract to sell products and services to government customers. GSA Schedule Contracts streamline the government sales process because they have pre-established pricing, terms, and conditions that government buyers can use to purchase from companies within the Schedule. While GSA Schedule Contracts are primarily used to sell to federal agencies, in certain circumstances they can also be used to sell to state and local government. This is the latest fad in State and Local purchasing as contracting officers establish their own schedule, based on any existing and certified schedule published on the GSA.
If don't have an approved Schedule, it is time to get one. And if you do, it is time to expand it through State and Local contracting activity as quickly as possible. The process is not long, but can be fruitful if handled correctly. For more information about how to turn your regular schedule into a State and Local schedule, give us a call. We can show you.
